The “Change Your Oil Change Your Life” Contest
OFFICIAL CONSUMER RULES AND REGULATIONS
Open to residents of Ontario

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: The “Change Your Oil Change Your Life” Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Castrol Canada Limited. The Contest begins at 9 AM (ET) on March 5, 2009 and ends at 9 PM (ET) on April 1, 2009 (the “Contest Period”).

1. ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win, a person must be a resident of Ontario, be at least nineteen (19) years of age at time of entry and must not be an employee of the Sponsor, their affiliated companies or agents, their respective advertising or promotional agencies, the independent contest organization or a member of any such employee’s immediate family (regardless of where they live) or persons with whom they are domiciled (whether related to the employee or not). In these Official Rules, “immediate family” includes mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, partner or spouse.

2. HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST: No Purchase Necessary. To Enter: (a) Fill out an Official Ballot at any participating The Beer Store location in Ontario during the contest period, while supplies last. (b) Fill out an on-line Ballot at www.changeyouroilchangeyourlife.com. (c) hand-print your name, age, address (including city, province and postal code), e-mail address (if any), and day and evening telephone numbers plus the words “Castrol – Change Your Oil Change Your Life - Contest”, on a 3"x 5" card and mail in a postage-paid envelope to: “Castrol – Change Your Oil Change Your Life - Contest”, 77 John St. Suite 4, Oakville, Ontario. L6K 3W3. One mail-in entry per envelope. All entries must be received by the Contest Closing Date. One entry per person, per day for the duration of the contest.

3. PRIZING: There are three (3) prizes available to be won.
GRAND PRIZE: There are three (3) Grand Prizes available to be won, each consisting of a trip for two (2) to a SuperClubs Breezes resort in Jamaica, round trip economy airfare for two (2) from Toronto, Ontario, to Jamaica, hotel accommodations for two (2) based on one (1) room (double occupancy) - for seven (7) nights. Total approximate retail value of each Grand Prize: $3000 CND. PLEASE NOTE: Travel is valid from April 1, 2009 – December 15, 2009, blackout periods and other restrictions apply. Redemption of accommodation is based on availability. Submissions of accommodation request should be no earlier than 45-days prior to planned travel. The Grand Prize winner and his/her guests must travel on the same itinerary. PLEASE NOTE: Guests accompanying the Grand Prize winner must be at least nineteen (19) years of age prior to departure. All transfers, meals, insurance, items of personal nature and all other costs and expenses not specifically stated as included herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and his/her guests. The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all taxes and expenses which are not included in the prize description above. No frequent flyer miles will be awarded. The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution and are not transferable, and have no cash surrender value. The Sponsors reserve the right, in the event that a Grand Prize or any component of a Grand Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute another prize or component of a prize of equal or greater value, without liability.

4. DRAWS: GRAND PRIZE DRAW: Three (3) random draws for the Grand Prizes will take place on April 10, 2009, commencing at 10:00 AM (ET) in Oakville, ON from all eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Date. The odds of being selected for a Grand Prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received by Contest Closing Date. The selected Grand Prize entrants will be contacted by mail or telephone within two (2) business days of the draw date. If a selected entrant cannot be reached within two (2) business days of the draw date, the selected entrant will be disqualified and another entrant will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Date until such time as contact is made by mail or telephone with a selected entrant or there are no more eligible entries, whichever comes first. The Sponsors will not be responsible for failed attempts to contact a selected entrant.

5. GENERAL: By entering the Contest, entrants agree to abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of the independent contest organization with respect to all aspects of the contest, which are final.

6. To be declared a winner, each selected entrant must answer correctly, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill testing question. The selected entrants (including the Grand Prize selected entrants guests) will also be required to sign a Declaration and Release Form (the “Release Form”) confirming compliance with the Official Rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded, without substitution, and releasing the Sponsors, their affiliated and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, the independent contest organization and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability in connection with the Prize or this Contest. The Release Form must be returned within the time period specified on the Release Form or the Prize will be forfeited.

7. The Sponsors accept no responsibility for loss, damage or claims caused by or resulting from the Contest or a Prize. By entering and accepting a Prize, the winners consent to the use of their names, addresses (city and province) and/or photographs without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsors with respect to this Contest.

8. The Sponsors and their independent contest organization will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, postage due or destroyed entries and all such entries are void. Neither the Sponsors nor the independent contest organization assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, printing errors, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer lines or networks, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Entry material/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event it is determined that an entrant has entered in a fashion not sanctioned by these rules and/or has submitted more than the number of entries permitted by these rules, the entrant will be disqualified and all of the entries submitted by the entrant will be disqualified.

9. The Sponsors reserve the right, to terminate or amend the Contest at any time and in any way, without prior notice. Without limiting the foregoing, if, for any reason, such as tampering, the Contest does not run as originally planned, the Sponsors reserve the right, to cancel the Contest and conduct the random draw from all previously received eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Date.

10. All entries become the permanent property of the Sponsors and none will be returned. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrants. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.

11. The Sponsors respect your right to privacy. Personal information collected from entrants will only be used by the Sponsors to administer the Contest and, only if consent is given at the time of entry, to provide the entrants with information regarding upcoming promotions and/or events from the Sponsors.
